This website (www.gatewayacu.com) runs no analytics, advertising, or server-side tracking of its own and sets no tracking cookies. It stores one small setting in your browser (local storage) to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. The site itself collects no personal information when you browse it. Some pages embed the third-party tools described in section 3; if you use the booking tool, the details you enter there are handled by that provider, not stored by this site.
If you use the phone, text, or email links on this site, your communication is handled directly between you and Diego Garcia, L.Ac. Those communications are governed by your carrier's or email provider's privacy policy, not this website.
This site uses a few third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy and any of which may set its own cookies: the Google Fonts API for typefaces (Google privacy); Breely, the booking tool embedded on pages with a "Book" or "Get Started" button, which processes the details you enter to schedule your appointment; and Constant Contact for newsletter sign-ups, reached only if you click that link.
If analytics is added in the future: If privacy-preserving analytics (such as Plausible or Cloudflare Analytics) are added, they do not use cookies and do not collect personally identifiable information. This policy will be updated to describe the specific tool in use before deployment.
